At Thrive our teams are led by either a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Specialist in Naturalistic Developmental Behavior Intervention.
At many ABA practices, team leaders only provide indirect, intermittent supervision to their interventionist team. At Thrive, our clinicians also provide direct therapy hours to your child, connect with parents on an ongoing basis, and collaborate with key adults in the child’s life. This provides regular access to clinician-level support.
The team leader is responsible for creating and maintaining Behavior Support Plans, training interventionists, supervising therapy sessions, and monitoring data to ensure progress. They work closely with families to set meaningful goals and adapt interventions as needed.

While Thrive specializes in autism, autism, we also support neurodiverse individuals with developmental and/or behavioral challenges.
