AGENCY AND SCHOOL CONSULTATION

Educational and behavioral consultation offers outside organizations access to Thrive’s clinical expertise. We collaborate with agencies and schools in ways that are practical, effective, and relevant to their organizational needs. Thrive creates ongoing working relationships with other professionals where we can learn from each other and develop strategies for immediate, positive impact.

AGENCY AND SCHOOL TRAININGS

At Thrive, we believe there is always more to learn! We provide professional development trainings for small and large groups on various topics for agencies and schools. Our priority is to share knowledge with community partners in ways that are practical and effective while respecting the expertise and background of our community partners. 

Thrive offers half-day, full-day, and multiple day topics that are tailored to meet the needs of your school or agency. Our training focuses include:

ESDM 3-DAY ADVANCED WORKSHOP

Thrive offers 3-day Advanced Workshop in the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM). This workshop is delivered at our clinic in Denver, or on-site at your agency or location. Professionals who have completed the Introductory ESDM workshop can participate in this interactive workshop.

Small groups of 3-5 professionals are placed together to engage in hands-on practice with children with ASD. Participants receive in-vivo coaching from a certified ESDM trainer to gain greater fluency and fidelity in the model. Feedback and practice exercises are also provided to further learn the assessment, goal-writing, and data collection aspects of this model.

Following the workshop, we also offer supervision throughout the ESDM certification process.
